The concert band

The concert band is an orchestra composed of the brass instruments, the wood instruments and the percussions.

There are 33 musicians in Lèves'concert band, which is conducted by Julien Roblet.

L'orchestre d'harmonie de Lèves, dirigé par Julien Roblet, compte 33 musiciens. It interprets original compositions, such as Cordouan and 14-18 of Jean-Frédérique Lefèbvre, plays with a battery brass band (of Jean-Jacques Charles in particular) as well as films themes such as " Pirates of the Carribbean" or " A Prayer for Peace " of the film Munich.

• The symphonic orchestra

The symphonic orchestra is composed of instruments from the 4 families of instruments : the strings, the woods, the brass and the percussions.

The Lèves symphonic orchestra, conducted by Sylvie Baux has 37 musicians. It also interprets various plays such as films themes (The Lord of the Ring), traditional musics (The Lord Of the Dance, traditional Irish theme) ans also more classical plays (extracs from Carmen by Bizet and Peter and the Wolf, Prokofiev).
